The finish is best described as AGED BRASS. The polished brass has developed a lovely golden hue.
If this is not your desired finish, some easy buffing with a product like SILVO wadding will lighten the finish again.

They are 120mm tall from the basin mounting face to the top of the indice.
The spout has a length of 65mm, measured centre to centre.
The HOT indice has a small flaw, but better that it is kept original than messing with character.
