If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times – “Please remember to pack them as though the delivery service will be kicking them half of the way (lots of padding). We don’t need the extra work that they can cause.”
This was what we found when unpacking a box recently, turning a £150 job into a £390 nightmare.
And to make matters worse the courier company would only cover the first £50!
Please, please, please, don’t let your valuable antique and treasured taps be compromised by people throwing boxes from A to B.
