We thought we would share the experience of one of our recent customers…

“I had problems with dripping bath taps and like a fool, I took a monkey wrench to them. Imagine my surprise when the whole top broke off!  (I never was much of a plumber.)
The taps were old and I had always wanted to have them restored to their former chrome-plated glory, so I sent them off to the cheapest people I could find on Google. (…having got three varied quotes)

Months passed and eventually, after saying they wanted to put the price up, the taps were sent back in exactly the same state that they were sent out in – still broken and un-chromed. Many months had passed and they hadn’t even started the job!

It was a completely different experience with Keith at Tap Refurbishment.
He honoured his original estimate (which was the middle price), in spite of the fact that I had not chosen him originally for the job.

He was attentive and kept me up to date with the various stages of progress in the restoration.
He also did the job in less time than he had suggested, going to some trouble to send them on a next day delivery, so I had them for fitting at the weekend.

The taps look beautiful and work wonderfully.
