We just had to share a recent letter from a happy client –

Our beautiful original taps, on our gorgeous cast bath were giving up the ghost – but with no intention WHATSOEVER of them being replaced, no matter what, we were seriously struggling to find bits to revive them….. until the good old internet guided us to a friendly, Keith at Tap Refurbishment Ltd. ……turns out we had struck gold !!!
As soon as we spoke to him we were TOTALLY confident that he would do a first class job  –  just over the phone, we could tell he knew his stuff, was passionate about his line of work and therefore respectful of what he was working with and it was a pleasure to hear this shine through in the conversation – even helping with online links to sensibly priced couriers.

From the onset he was so informative – confirmation, re the exact cost once he had sussed out what needed to be done ( one tap needed an internal part recreated ), regular bulletins about the work in progress and pictures too – it was a total pleasure dealing with him and we were so looking forward to getting them back !!
So they came back and what can we say ? When we took them out of the box it was “WOW !!!” They look amazing, stunning, beyond expectation !! and helpful advice on looking after them too. The whole package with Keith at Tap Refurbishment is more than first class  –  from his so friendly customer service, through to his sheer enthusiasm and obvious master craftsmanship – No hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone !! Two overwhelmingly satisfied customers here.
