Here we have a customer’s tap with a problem.

Not shutting off between bath and shower.

As you may be able to see from the internal picture above, the PLASTIC shuttle that ‘blocks and opens’ the gateway is cracked.

Probably due to a heavy handed builder/plumber.

This will require either new PLASTIC parts from the manufacturer or a brass part to be made at our engineering shop.
