But when we spoke to a potential client about it and showed them it’s current state, she said, “Don’t change a thing!”
With this raw brass finish, the colour will change over the months and years to darken and give a rich patina.
If it ever becomes too dark, you can either scrub it with fine wire wool, or alternatively buff it up with BRASSO.
All the seals and washers have been changed and lubricated, making this old tap from the early 70’s better than anything you can buy new, from China.
