When the Lord of the Castle told us he wanted some work carried out, we weren’t sure what to expect.

The taps dated from the early 1900’s and various in-house fixes had been carried out in the past.

There was quite a list wrong with them, some cosmetic and a lot that would have been written off by an unscrupulous plumber.

I like to think we did a good job of giving this client exactly what was required and it seems we were right when you read the letter we received after the job was completed –

I have had 2 sets of unusual and irreplaceable bath taps and wastes entirely refurbished by Keith at Tap Refurbishment Ltd.  Not only were the taps beautifully finished, but they were also meticulously serviced and restored to full working order, overcoming technical difficulties arising from several ill-advised historic repairs.  I was kept informed at each stage of progress by photos and video, and even given an up-to-the minute update on return delivery.  This is expert, professional and bespoke work and I cannot recommend him highly enough.  The refurbishment also represented great value for money, the taps look as good as the day they were installed in 1910 and have drawn gasps of admiration from visitors.  Thanks for a great service.
