This Aston Matthews piece of brass-ware arrived on our doorstep with it’s chrome plating scratched and flaking.
As you can see it is now resplendent in it’s deep lustre of polished brass.
All of our internal remedies have been employed too, to make it work as well as it looks. Re-surfaced seats, new washers and new gland packing.
The legs have the advantage of adjustability, so they can vary between hole centres of 115-240mm.
The spout has a good reach as well at 110mm, which could be increased depending on the leg positioning.
