We were recently asked to supply some stop valves for an old shower assembly.

But the client was adamant that they didn’t want modern looking parts used.
We sourced the available taps and set about making a hybrid of old and new parts.

You can see in the gallery shots below, the undesirable tap heads, by comparison to the antique reclaimed item we had in our stocks.
Modifying the shafts, polishing the whole assembly and chrome plating has created something that will happily marry with the 1930’s installation.
